How quickly can I start working with Clear Heart?

Most clients begin with a free 30-minute discovery call, which can typically be scheduled within 1–3 business days. From there, we move quickly to get your support in place — often within the same week.

Do you work with businesses outside of Minnesota?

We are primarily Minnesota-based and have deep expertise in MN employment law. However, we do work with remote or multi-state businesses on a case-by-case basis for coaching, training, and general HR support.

How is fractional HR different from hiring a full-time HR person?

With fractional HR, you get senior-level HR expertise at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire. You pay only for the hours and services you need — making it perfect for small and growing businesses.

Are your CPR certifications AHA-approved?

Yes. All of our CPR, First Aid, and AED courses are taught by American Heart Association (AHA) certified instructors and result in official AHA certification cards valid for 2 years.

Can you come to our workplace for CPR training?

Absolutely! We offer on-site group training sessions for businesses and organizations. It's a convenient way to certify your entire team at once without anyone having to leave the office.

We work with small to mid-sized businesses across a wide range of industries — including healthcare, nonprofits, hospitality, retail, and professional services. If you have people, we can help.

Is coaching done in-person or virtually?

We offer both! Coaching sessions are available in-person in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area or via video call for clients anywhere. Most clients find that virtual sessions are just as effective and more convenient.

Is there a minimum commitment for HR services?

Not at all. We offer both one-time project engagements and ongoing monthly partnerships — with no long-term contract required. We believe our results should be what keeps you coming back.
