Our founder saw firsthand how many growing businesses were struggling — not for lack of talent or effort, but because they lacked the HR infrastructure and people support that larger companies take for granted. Clear Heart was built to close that gap.

What started as HR consulting quickly expanded into talent placement, life-saving CPR and First Aid training, and personal and business coaching — because we know that thriving organizations require more than just HR policies. They need great people, safe environments, and empowered leaders.
